H-Class Dry-Type Transformers

H-Class Dry-Type Transformers
The SG(B)10 non-encapsulated H-Class dry-type transformer utilizes a paper-based insulation system. This ensures excellent electrical and mechanical properties throughout the transformer’s service life. The paper is durable, shrink-resistant, and highly resilient, ensuring the coils maintain a tight structure and withstand short-circuit stresses even after years of use. Main Structure
1. The core features a stepped, 45°, fully beveled joint.
2. Insulation between turns, layers, and sections, as well as the insulation barrel, is made of insulating paper or molded parts.
3. The low-voltage coil is foil-type.
4. The high-voltage coil is continuous-type.
5. The device body incorporates special insulation and noise reduction measures.

High-voltage Coil
The high-voltage coil utilizes a continuous structure for high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation. The coil is wound on a molded insulating barrel, using insulating paper-wrapped rectangular copper wire as the conductor. Insulating paper is used between layers. The coil is vacuum-pressure impregnated (VPI) to form a solid, integrated structure. This avoids the drawbacks of multi-layer cylindrical coils, such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby improving product reliability. It also offers excellent moisture resistance, withstands thermal shock, and resists cracking. Its partial discharge is less than 5Pc, and it is easily disassembled and recycled after its lifespan, protecting the environment.

Low-voltage coils
The low-voltage coils are foil-wound, constructed with high-quality copper foil and H-grade insulation material. The interlayer insulation is made of insulating paper. The coils undergo VPI vacuum pressure impregnation to form a solid, integrated unit. Product Features:
1. High mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.
2. High thermal shock resistance, extending product life.
3. High resistance to moisture, dust, and salt spray.

Core
The core is constructed of 0.2mm thick, high-quality, high-permeability silicon steel sheets with 45° bevel overlaps. The core utilizes a non-punched, drawn plate construction. The surface is coated with insulating varnish, providing moisture and rust resistance, low loss, and low noise. Operating noise is approximately 16dB lower than the national standard, meeting the national noise level requirements for Class I residential areas.
